How to use Reishi Powder
The daily Reishi dose is 2 – 4 g. You can use this supplement for up to 4 months.
When you first begin taking Reishi powder, start with one tea spoon containing approximately 2 grams of powder, add it into hot water, tea, or coffee, depending on your own daily habits. Stir the powder into the liquid to help it dissolve. Reishi powder can also be used with shakes or smoothies, or simply sprinkled on food. We do not recommend to exceed 4 grams of daily dose.
Important: we recommend taking Reishi on a consistent basis. Much like using any other supplement, or other superfoods. Allow some time for the health benefiting effects to build up in your system.
When to take Reishi
The best time to take Reishi is in the evening—after dinner, close enough to bed time. It can help support quality sleep. Although unlike sedatives or melatonin supplements, Reishi does not make you feel drowsy.
Reishi mushrooms might have minor side effect which such as upset stomach or digestive distress. We do not recommend to use Reishi mushrooms longer than 4 months.
Using Reishi mushrooms for six months, you might experience itchy skin, blood in your stools and stomach distress.
