Scletium tortuosom – kanna is a plant that originates from the African continent and can be used as a snuff/chew/drink depending on the type and strength chosen.

It is a unique herb due to the fact it can be both a relaxant and a stimulant, again depending on the dosage. 

 

Effects of Kanna

 

Kanna improves your mood and reduces anxiety. The higher the doses the more euphoric/intense feeling with a connection to the environment around you. Kanna herb can be used as both a snuff 20 mg, or chewed 100 mg with gum to give a light effect. Therefore this is more suitable for first time or less experienced users.
