How to Use Lion’s Mane Shredded
Use lion’s mane shredded as an addition to your meals (1 table spoon per person daily). It has a great taste and texture.
We recommend to use 2 – 4 grams of Lion’s mane shredded daily for 4 – 6 weeks.
For those who’s just starting to use Lion’s mane, we recommend to double the dose on the firs two weeks and after keep taking 2 grams powder daily.
Important: we recommend taking Lion’s Mane on a consistent basis. Much like using any other supplement, or other superfoods. Allow some time for the health benefiting effects to build up in your system.
When to take Lion’s Mane
