Use

Take 1 or 2 capsules on an empty stomach, about 45 minutes before the desired effect. Do not exceed the maximum dosage of 2 capsules per 24 hours.  Effects may only be noticeable up to 60 minutes after ingestion. If the recommended dose is exceeded this product may cause nausea and vomiting
