How to use Reishi Shredded

The daily Reishi dose is 2 – 4 g. You can use this supplement for up to 4 months.

Add 2-4 tablespoons of Reishi shredded mushrooms to 1 litre of hot water and steep for about 15 minutes! You can enjoy this tea 2 or more times per day. Add some honey and milk for better flavour.

We do not recommend to exceed 4 grams of daily dose.

Important: we recommend taking Reishi on a consistent basis. Much like using any other supplement, or other superfoods. Allow some time for the health benefiting effects to build up in your system.

When to take Reishi

The best time to take Reishi is in the evening—after dinner, close enough to bed time. It can help support quality sleep. Although unlike sedatives or melatonin supplements, Reishi does not make you feel drowsy.

Safety

Reishi mushrooms might have minor side effect which such as upset stomach or digestive distress. We do not recommend to use Reishi mushrooms longer than 4 months.

Using Reishi mushrooms for six months, you might experience itchy skin, blood in your stools and stomach distress.
