How to use Lion’s Mane
The daily lion’s mane dose is 750 – 1500 mg. We recommend using this dose for 4 – 6 weeks.

Easy and convenient way to take lion’s mane is to use it in capsules. Simply take 1 capsule 1- 3 times in a day after food.

When to take lion’s mane
Since lion’s mane has a high nutrition value, also it supports cognitive function, stimulates productivity and creativity, we do recommend taking it with your morning coffee/tea as a daily brain function booster.
In case when lion’s mane is taken for anti-anxiety health benefits, it’s good to do it right before bed time. This way it will support healthy and rest-full sleep.
