Shipping in the Netherlands

Depending on the shipping service you choose, we use our national mail services or courier services. All free shipments are always shipped with regular mail without Track&Trace. Orders placed on working days before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day. This means that you generally receive your order the next day.

Shipping outside The Netherlands

The products you find are legally produced in the European Union. When you order from abroad, you always check the legislation in your country regarding the products that are offered. It is not possible for us to always be fully aware of the (changing) rules regarding our products abroad. The full responsibility for the purchase of these products, therefore, rests with the customer himself. Before ordering our products from abroad, the customer must ensure that the goods can be legally imported into the country to which the order is to be sent. An indication of the delivery times abroad are as follows *.
3-6 working days: Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Norway
4-6 working days: Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia
4-7 working days: Greece, Romania, Bulgaria
6+ business days: Turkey, United States, Canada* No rights can be derived from this indication.

Actual shipping costs:

Within the Netherlands for orders smaller than € 5,- we always charge shipping costs of € 4,95 shipped with regular mail. You can choose for Track & Trace. We charge € 9,95.

Within the Netherlands, orders over € 5,- are free shipping with regular mail. You can choose for Track & Trace. We charge € 9,95.

Within Europe, orders smaller than € 50,- we always charge shipping costs of € 4,95 shipped with regular mail. You can choose for Track & Trace. We charge € 9,95.

Within Europe, orders over € 50,- are free shipping with regular mail. You can choose for Track & Trace. We charge € 9,95.

For the rest of the world, there is no minimum order, we always charge shipping costs of € 19,95. For those we do not want to stay at home waiting for delivery with signature, they can choose without Track & Trace.

Returns Policy

Products can be returned if the packaging is unopened/sealed. After receipt, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. Please see the Complaints and Returns section for more information on how to return your product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have bought, you can contact us or the store where you bought the product. We kindly request you to do this in the following manner.

You bought your product online
When you have bought your product online in our webshop you can contact us directly. In such a case, you can send an email to amsterdam@chillsandthrills.com. Clearly state in your email the complaint you have about the product, a photo of the product (if it concerns a visible problem), your name and the order number. We will process your e-mail as soon as possible and ensure a correct settlement.
You bought your products in the store
For most products, we ask you to bring the original packaging and receipt to the store to verify that the product actually comes from us. Our staff will help you with your complaint. Edibles like truffles can not be returned once they leave our shop.

Returns

We may ask you to return the product to us. The address to which you can send the return shipment can be found below. Please note: always contact us first via amsterdam@chillsandthrills.com before returning a product.
